Clinical Knowledge
Dr. Ashley Marumoto provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a wide range of breast concerns, including breast pain, infections, breast masses, benign tumors, abnormal imaging or biopsy results, and breast cancer.
She also specializes in the surgical management of the axilla (underarm lymph nodes) in patients with breast cancer. Her expertise in axillary management was developed under the mentorship of Dr. Armando Giuliano, a nationally and internationally recognized leader in the surgical management of the axilla.

Advanced Treatment Options
Dr. Marumoto specializes in advanced surgical management of the breast and axilla. She is experienced in breast-conserving surgery, including lumpectomy (partial mastectomy), as well as mastectomy techniques, including nipple-sparing and non-nipple-sparing approaches. She also offers cosmetically flat closure for patients who choose not to undergo breast reconstruction.
She has specialized expertise in axillary surgery, including sentinel lymph node biopsy, targeted axillary procedures, and lymph node dissection.
